PoE Duelist builds with custom stat filters

Path of Building: I am in yellow maps, on the verge of red maps. This is usually where I get stuck in leagues with any build and this is the first time I've decided to ask for some help! My damage is OK for now - I really want to build up some survivability. My resistances or capped, but what am I missing? I appreciate the help. :)

Enabling impale gives exsang miner the juice it needs to become a powerhouse, as there was just no real way to push pure physical damage before. Build is based on a Neato setup he did for dark pact, so there are some options to work pain attunement into the build with petrified blood and get even tankier, but it wasn't something I looked into. Alright, I hear you, this is crazy. But it could work! See the PoB. No uniques or jewels of any kind needed. Easy to get spell suppress. Crit immune. Decent dam. Very tanky. Good flask recovery. Great life regen. 20% chance to avoid ele ailments from tree. Everything on lifetap to avoid mana issues. PoB has mostly trash equipment, which is what we'll be using. Hey im currently trying to get my boneshatter slayer as far as possible, did some big upgrades and mapping and bosses are fine. ueber bosses arent possible at this point tho. Any ideas how i could further improve? Like besides t1 roll upgrades? tyvm

I've gotten the build feeling pretty good in t16, seems like all of the low hanging fruit are taken care of. Any advice on what to go for next? Seems like expensive jewels are the next steps but I've only got around 20d so I'd like to get the most helpful ones first.
