Link freezing pulse with arcane surge Use frostbomb Use clarity Use precision according to chance to hit (lvl up only until you have 100% cahcne to hit and no more) Use a % spell damage recipe for wands for a slight boost of damage: magic wand + whetstone + magic/rare/unique chain belt This will give around 30% spell damage with magic belts, around 50% with rare belts and around 70% with unique belts +1 cold wands or big flat spell damage is still the best Requirements
