PoE Firestorm, Witch, Chaining builds

Folks, I have hit a brick wall, unable to do increase damage or survivability any further. Unable to complete red-rare and corrupted map bosses. Either I get one shot as soon as I enter arena or the boss regens more health than my dps. or (lizzandrass) Would love a review/roast of the build and any ways to improve.
