PoE Chaos Inoculation, Brand builds without Headhunter, Mageblood

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. You can farm and craft a decent chunk of the items too. No cluster jewels at all which can be very expensive. I just wanted to show this penance brand pob that does not have clusters since they are very expensive, and I don't think they justify the damage with the price they have, since with another anointment (charisma) we can get another aura of 50% in this case zealotry , and go to the critical and power nodes with a jewel slot and get probably the same damage.
