PoE Ball Lightning, Elementalist builds

Hey guys, been trying to throw together a ball lightning starter on elementalist. I've gotten defensives sorted pretty decently for what I'm planning on using it for. Curious if you guys know of anything I could use to amp up the damage a bit more without sacrificing defense aside from 6 link etc.

This was my build for Sanctum, but reading through the patch notes I see no HUGE reason why this build shouldn't work well in 3.21 (RIP arcane surge, as well as regain mana after every 5th cast and 3% of mana as es masteries). This build focuses on a very spicy interaction that I'm almost certain has been used before, but I can't seem to find any builds using it on PoE ninja. In short, we get our mana costs as high as possible using archmage, and then we take 400% of that mana cost as physical damage with scold's bridle. I think I'd share my most successful build this league, which I actually started with. I had an absolute blast playing this build, so if some of you guys looking for inspiration maybe it's the one you need. I've done all content in the game including Awakener 8 The Feared and 100% Delirious maps (this one is not so comfortable, but doable). Simulacrums are cakewalks. Everything in maps dies like it's nothing. Sometimes she kills map bosses without me noticing it. In her current state she is worth around 100-120 exalts, but she can work with much much less (it's my league starter after all). S
