Chill Ball Lightning build - Path of Exile (3.2 Bestiary)

Elementalist with Beacon of Ruin can get guaranteed 10% slow from chills which can be scaled up to 30%. And that is what i am trying to do, just to test how it feels to play with that. Spoilers, it is better than Temporal Chains, duh. Also using knockback on Ball Lightning for extra defensive mechanic. Oh and also Hinder and ES on hit and ES regen and... so on.

-----Skills and links----- Ball lightning + spell echo + controlled destruction + hypothermia + added cold damage (or LMP, GMP, Slower proj.). For 6th link i would use Iron will, because it does not increase mana cost.

Herald of Thunder + Herald of Ice + Enlighten lvl3 + Clarity. Orb of Storms + curse on hit + elemental weakness + culling strike. Cast when damage taken lvl2 + ball lightning lvl5 + increased area of effect + blind. Lightning warp + less duration + swift affliction. Aspect of the spider.
