PoE Doedre's Tenure builds

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. Let me preface this masterpiece of a build by saying that I grinded super hard early league, and now that it's died down a bit and I'm a bit burnt out atm I decided to "min-max" the ultimate meme build: Cast on Death. I wanted to take this silly support gem and make something other than just a portal for squishy MFers, so I did some thinking about what I could possibly do to maximize damage, and only one gem came even close: DISCHARGE.
