Yo guys, ever since widowhail has been introduced I've been looking out for cookie cutter setups with it. This one features scorpions call to leverage elemental Hit. Paired with kaoms gloves, we can get around 7 rage per sec from the quiver alone and the other stats scale ele hit directly too. With a corrupted +1 Quiver you get up to 7 arrows without taking multishot, or 10 on the barrage totem setup.
