PoE Scion, Curse, Mapping builds

Ive seen lots of builds talking about how the new Tainted Pact amulet, which gives "chaos dot heals you while leeching life" is not working properly, or how its inconsistent and people keep dying when their leech ends. Im currently playing a Impending Doom Scion, which seems to be working decently with it; it doesnt die to lack of leech and has decently sized poisons, its nothing fancy or expensive but it feels very resilient while taking damage from packs of mobs, or tanking boss mechanics while attacking, and i havent even invested much in defenses. Since I´ve seen more and more people wanting to play CoC I want to provide you guys with my own CoC I´m currently playing.I created this because my league start with SRS Necro was so unbelievably bad that only CoC was able to give me some redemption. Since i played the Occu version of this build the past 2 leagues i wanted to test out something new. The budget for this version should be no more than 20-25 div. Currently I´m just farming 8mod t16 ´s, done all the regular bosses relatively easy and have done 60% Deli farming for a while. Uber bosses i have not tried yet. I think i need maybe 20
