PoE Cast On Critical Strike, Cyclone, Lightning builds

On brand wheels, there is a mastery available that reads "Recover 10% of mana when a brand expires while attached". In theory, if we reduce the brand duration low enough, we can proc this effect frequently enough to sustain the monstrous mana costs of Indigon or Archmage. And since we are recovering by a percentage of maximum mana, we don't really need to invest much into mana regeneration. Our mana recovery will basically scale with our maximum mana. So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. How the build works: 1. Arc in Mjolnir for clear - hits 6.06 times a second for around 1mil dps 2. Ball Lightning CoC in chest - calculation is average hit 6.06 11 3. Very tanky with nearly 9k HP pool, fortify, close to 2k regen, and the big thing - x4 surging vitality cluster notables regening 4k effective life every 5 seconds thanks to Pious Path. Hi, I was checking all the replica items to see if I could find a fun new item to build around and I saw the new replica Duskdawn. It's identical to the original, but instead of criticial chance for spells it has base crit chance, bringing it to a respectable \~10%, with 1.25 APS.
