PoE League Starter builds similar to [Waggle][3.26] Vortex of Projection Archmage Hierophant starter build

Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear.
