PoE Templar, Physical builds with custom stat filters

Hi, I've been playing PoE a few seasons now. Started during beta but gave up and came back a year back. I've mostly followed guides and did 38/40 and level 100 this season with Pohx RF Jugg. I like tanky builds and don't mind sacrificing some DPS for defence. Late this season also tried a Occultist Storm burst build just to see how it work and started play around in PoB for a Inquisator build.   So this is the first build I've come up with that isn't a total disaster. TBH, I was following Tataniel's stormburst totems starter but then started adding stuff of my own, like annihilating light, till it got to where it is today.   This is noob stuff so it obviously has problems (-52 chaos resist) but the defense largely comes from putting down the decoy totems so nothing attacks me while the totems kill everything in an area.   It's a glass canon build, I'm fine with that, I will die sometimes. I am like in dire need of help... I don't know what to improve on next honestly. I can farm T16 maps slowly, but I still do get 1 shotted lol. I've seen people running Hex Master on PoENinja and some people don't even run Vitality or Determination. Can't fit Vitality in at the moment. I prioritized Determination over Vitality. Initial thoughts: 1. No guide, and not much currency right now so I'm sure it's janky. 2. DI charge time is reeeeeeally annoying when facing AOE ele dmg which blows the totems away. Thinking of switching to Arc Totems to counteract this- good idea or bad? 3. Tried to go 1H/Shield but the Staff block nodes were easier to reach. Mistake on my end?
