PoE Urkelli builds

Hi! I made my own build around Eye of Winter, a spell I really enjoy since Diablo 2 (it's similar to Frozen Orb). I don't really like mines, which is a common way to play eye of winter so i decided to try my own hand at making a build. The build is based around Rathpith Globe which gives crit and spell damage per 100 health. The idea is to roll inquisitor, take all health nodes in the south-western part of the tree, and scale crit aswell as chain.
