PoE Replica Last Resort, Juggernaut builds

I'm playing SSF and I got two replica last resort and was thinking about trying to make a accuracy stacker, but I'm not sure I can get it to work well. This is what I've planned so far. (I've not fixed resist so I just put like 1k resist on one item to simulate resist gear, and got lots of gear without suffixes etc)(also added rage because POB cant give me that with the tincture) I just need some feedback or ideas of how to improve it. Just a fun project to use some mechanics that will only be around in Kalanda league such as slower proj necks, and the ease of accu stacking and -lightning doryani's with mirrored rings. I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels.
