PoE Badge of the Brotherhood, Lightning builds

I quickly got bored of all the builds I played this league so I decided to return to my roots and make an Arc Archmage Elementalist. Well, Pledge of Hands felt like shit to me, so over the past few days, the build evolved into a Dodgy Arcssassin, stacking power+frenzy charges. I've spent \~20ex on the build so far, but you can get decent results with 12-15ex as well. Here Im showing my Theory build for a cast on death ignite version. If you ever seen that one quack build video. I wondered if u had any interest in pushing this PoB even further and probably lowering cost? I might use this as my personal "boss killer" especially if a lvl 70 can do the job. It could also give me ideas for my classic ignite discharge PoB. This PoB is Started off from my classic PoB : Farrul + Badge regular Discharge ignite elementalist. This is a take on an autobomber build I have on Standard, only difference is going into block nodes for a extra defensive layer. It is a high budget build that requires a lot of specialized items. It also uses the Lone Messenger node to max out Herald of Thunder damage and uses Storm Brand for single target damage. The PoB config is set up to simulate the initial Herald of Thunder hit on packs in maps, the idea is to onsehot trash mobs / packs while running trough the map at high speed. [
