PoE 3.22 Ancestor, 3.20 Sanctum Raise Zombie builds

so, i'm stuck... i want to get more than 5M shapper dps. and i don't know how... i have 12 divines as now to invest, how can i make the build do more DPS? i can do all the 16+ alch and go, all the bosses, ( didn't try uber / not my favorite pie ) so, what should i prioritize to upgrade, what do i buy? where do i go from here? \help!

So i've never played any minion builds, decided to try one this league, went for fire SRS and invested alot in it, but suddenly realised poison SRS exist and i am way too deep into my build to swap . So my question is, is it worth switching to poison SRS at this point? Also looking for tips to improve current build, thanks :)

Alrighty folks! So, I have a build I have going now, but as it was just largely a swap from another setup, I haven't really done much with the tree at all. Given this, I was hoping I could get some of you fine folks to assist with the tree finagling to see if there's improvements or such that can be made to the tree / itemization. &x200B; Notes: Socket colors at the moment are not accurate to what im using in game.
