but yoke imo is typical good on pob not in real practice, you have to deal with shock reflect first either tempest shield or purity of element

once solved the shocked and mana issue, you can use replica malachai for single target, can put green high crit spell like bladefall impale 15% crit, or herald of agony(I doubt this would work need test), for chill play style do not bother
