hi Id like to share my cws ultimatum build for 3.28, can do gruelling gauntlet and inscribed, for some bad mode combine will still fail if standstill, overall very chill play style.

shatter shield depends on the other mode combine.

spectre I use 10 aura + culling strike, if you have budget you can use frenzy tiger (I use anger).

dps is at low side because most resource invest in defensive to deal with ulti mode, current defense layer

97/97 lucky block,95% evasion,100% suppression..and others.

I've upload the build progress from day1 and gear transition, I doing ultimatum use sunder bleed then transit to bloodsoaked banner build.

bloodsoaked banner is very good to deal with robot spider but not good for stone circle and less cd recovery/area effect, in wk1 the bloodsoaked has something wrong will cause lag spike

my setup gruelling gauntlet and inscribed are a little bit different (depends on the market price), when doing inscribed I prefer ED+contagion; reduced crit and more value toward max hit, when doing 13 rounds then pre-load damage(flame wall ; flame surge..etc) and passive regen.

not grind too much on week1 because lag spike, there are still many upgrad like mageblood,voice,bound by destiny...etc or acrobatic to deal with stalking ruin IV (but I think you stay behind the wall), shatter shield plus ruin became more dangerous this league, high chance to fail if you standstill even you have 95% evade. the entropy system sometimes not really act like wiki mentioned just my gut feeling.
