Hi, the build is finished not much peak power upgrade left, overall cost still archivable for few days grind, I might try headhunter, I think I am waiting price drop (normally HH will be very cheap later), pretty much done for the league.

the pob is not shown correct aura from spectre, evade chance should be 95%, without shatter shield ultimatum is pretty easy, I think the better approach is just move on, don't bother, too much investment to deal with one mode then why bother.

the build concept is simple,

evasion + dodge to deal with shatter shield, flat pdr to deal with phy dot.

for dmg, bloodsoaked banner to create 1st corpse then 100% bleed chance to explode bcz there is no other resource to invest damage

I think profit from ultimatum nerf quite a lot, especially early game gemcutter drop rate nerf(I normally start ulti from day1 or 2), I am not sure shatter shield pair with ruin is good design or not because the evasion system, the entropy system definitely not act like wiki mention, even with 95% evasion you still failed quite often bcz it usually pair with ruin, I don't think with reasonable investment could deal with it.

trade bot issue is way worst this league, GGG really need to take action, from valdo's map to inscribed, it just bad, you really hard to purchase inscribed, I start play glad inscribed farmer when the lucky node introduced, at that time meta is chief and people joking about spent mirror to comparable with chief, they just be railroad I guess, at that time you don't even play a lot just do inscribed at least one mirror per day, now day just become average profit.
