Even on a very basic version of the build, I would recommend getting any Forbidden Shako with a Ballista Totem support that is above level 21. While you can use Wilma's Requital, the attack speed goes so high that it becomes very laggy. I generally do not recommend league starting this build or transitioning to it until all the uniques required for the build are plentiful on trade.

Stormfire + Elemental Equilibrium Version https://pobb.in/LVfQps_soSOr

Primary change for the Stormfire + EE version is that you can now use curses again and you DO NOT WANT ANY FIRE DAMAGE on any of your gear. Galvanic Arrow already does lightning damage for you, enabling the EE exposure. You can get Elemental Weakness corrupt on Empire's Grasp and self-cast Flammability for maximum effect (or you can use Hextouch on your Managoforged Arrow setup). If you want to use both Ele Weak and Flammability, you need Whispers of Doom anoint so you can use Penance Mark as well, otherwise you can just drop Ele Weak until you get it.
