[3.23] High Budget Lightning SRS Necro - Sanctum Farmer

Hello, this time I turned my new favorite SRS variation, Lightning, into a high DPS Sanctum specialist build. Necromancer gives better scaling for auras and minions compared to Guardian, and has a much better league start than Champion SRS. This version in particular foregoes defensive scaling as it is focused on Sanctum farming where defensive needs are minimal. Although the delay of summoning SRS slows it down compared to top tier Sanctum builds, it partly compensates with fast shield charge. In addition, the budget version performs very well on only a few core uniques, scaling with investment.

For general content I would recommend the following changes:

• Get suppress on gear and take Instinct + Lucky suppress mastery.
• Change Animate Guardian to Stone Golem (or invest into minion defenses).
• Drop one cluster setup in favour of defenses (suppress/life/block).
• Change to Bone offering.
• Consider better ailment protection.
• Optional: Melee splash & minion AoE mastery.
