I needed a witch to reroll for testing something before the new league coming up. Wanted to log this build in video format so I can refer to it in the future before I reroll it in case I ever want to play it again.
I used Balormage as my guide for the build and then made a few tweaks here and there for my own personal preferences, but nothing too major.
In the video, I mistakenly call Affliction 3.18 when it was actually 3.23
