Just thought I'd make a post demoing my personal favourite leveling setup on most all my alts. Light radius stacking on eclipse solaris gives a frankly ridiculous amount of damage early on and carries all the way through the end of campaign. Although it is ideally started on a witch, I've also done this setup on a duelist with kinetic fusillade.

You can basically use any wand skill you want as the setup doesn't really change, the fastest option is definitely kinetic fusillade with spellslinger + lightning warp. I'm personally doing just regular old KB cause I'm a little tired of kinetic fusillade now.

Budget for this setup is pretty much around 20-40c depending on how many low tier uniques you already have but should be relatively easy to get.
