For my league start build of PoE 3.27 Keepers of the Flame, I've been playing a new Wand Skill Elementalist Build called Kinetic Fusillade. Kinetic Fusillade is a really interesting and fun Wand Skill that builds charges before releasing it in a flurry of projectiles. Might not be as strong as a KB Elementalist build, but it's newer and way more fun
