These are called: Grotesque Maw
They have a basic melee attack with very weird wording on PoeDB. Does not look interesting at all on first look, but actually has insane attack speed.
They also have a caustic ground ability, this is likely an on-death ability as they never use it and spectres can't trigger on death abilities and don't leave corpses.
I accidentally swallowed one of these and had some weird things happen to me such as Memory loss and periods of insanity. Don't try this at home!
