Once I saw the changes to the skill tree for Path of Exile 3.16 Scourge League I knew what had to be done! Yes that's right create a Spectral Throw build to see whether its a dead build or meme and of course I choose to use the Raider Ascendency for the extra attack speed, phasing, spell suppression and ailment avoidance it gives! The build is still early stages of testing but handles early mapping & the league mechanic well, I hope it will pay off once I have invested into the build and I can share a solid build with everyone as its already looking very promising to me.
