Vaal Lightning Strike Raider All Content Viable Path of Exile Crucible 3.21

I have finished maxing out my Vaal Lightning Strike Raider apart from a couple of super expensive upgrades. This is not a cheap build to get to this level but could be done on a more reasonable budget, but may not be simulacrum and uber boss viable

I would not recommend this build for new players as putting it together may be too complicated to get all the moving parts working together

A lot of the footage is not from the final setup so is weaker in most of the footage
