Fast and very tanky Champion Smite Build, "fortification stacker", 93M DPS (with mercenary buffs), full pack/screen clear, 3.5k life, 680k hit pool, 113k armour, 109k evasion, 65/65 block, 100% spell suppression, 48% permanent fortification, 96% reduced duration of all ailments on us. It's amazing for t16-t17 mapping and bossing including uber bosses.

Budget: I spent around 150-200 div, the most expensive piece is The Celestial Brace gloves with max roll fortification, 40 div. Without perfect rolls and 21/20 gems budget can be ~100 div probably. Many rare items and flasks can be self-crafted. For example, I made my shield by slamming Crusader's Exalted Orb on that shield with open prefix and it gives guaranteed 1% dmg per 1% block.

PRICES CAN BE DIFFERENT WHEN YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO!!! I just say how much I spent, but some items can worth more after publishing video.
