[POE 3.27 Ready] Champion Smite Build, Fast and Tanky, Mid-Low Budget

Fast and pretty tanky Champion Smite Build, 14M DPS (without mercenary buffs), full pack/screen clear, 3.5k life, 367k hit pool, 63k armour, 63k evasion, 65/57 block, 100% spell suppression, immune to all elemental ailments. It's good for mapping, bit worse for bossing because dps is not high enough yet with this level of investment. I will make high budget version soon.

Budget: I spent 20-25 div, most items worth max 1-2 div or less. Many rare items and flasks can be self-crafted. PRICES CAN BE DIFFERENT WHEN YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO!!! I just say how much I spent, but some items can worth more after publishing video.
