Can be played as a league starter to generate currency, but if you want to clear ubers/t17 juiced maps you need to invest a bit. My build has lvl 97 and around 5.8mil dps. In general, the build is tanky, but not tanky enough for ubers in this budget. To make this build at league start(first week) it should cost you around 35-45 divs.
