Zizaran's Notes
Works for both Ethereal Knives and Blade Vortex, to switch it to EK remove all the aoe nodes and get Sniper instead, and you can also remove all the skill duration nodes for EK.
This build might not need the second skill duration cluster (Exceptional Performance) So adjust as needed.
Added fire might be better until you get high enough crit to use controlled destruction (75+ with controlled)
Spell echo might not be needed and could possibly be replaced with a damage gem like critical damage or added fire
