POB https://pobb.in/8LAtlwBGlJS2 Sorry I am not good with POB and have no idea how to calculate phantasm damage or spectres. Damage will be way more than what is shown based on my past play and buffs to soulwrest and guardian ascendancy. The new ascendancy will also solve the mana issues.
I have a POB for necro w chaos phantasms as well. You could choose to make them poison over hit based too if you like.
