cja's Notes
Stacking a whole lot of effectiveness of non-damaging elements. With some levels, a better gem set up, a desire to play builds past the concept stage,and the maven'd boot mod for Unaffected by Ignite, I think this would be a pretty fun build. Battlemage Cry Hydrosphere could be used for more automation.
