[PoE 3.25] My Plans for the Upcoming League is a Path of Exile Deadeye build by SnooBAE85, made for the Necropolis league (3.24). It is centered on Artillery Ballista and plays as a dexterity, attack, totem, area archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 39.8M DPS with 16.52K effective HP, 2.99K life. Suited for: Mapping. It's that season again. Path of Exile's upcoming 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur league boasts to be one of the most important leagues ever, as it will be leading us into PoE 2's BETA. For myself, I've been doing more build testing than usual in advance. By popular demand one build stands out above the others, and that's Freeze Elemental Hit of the Spectrum. Elemental Hit of the Spectrum holds all the power of a conventional Lightning Arrow Deadeye while also (with minimal setup) being able to permanently freeze most monsters in a juiced map. Because of this, many new players who would otherwise shy away from this glass-cannon archetype may now feel like giving it a go. To new players or veteran bow users, I highly recommend league start testing this build and seeing how it feels for yourself. Multiple leveling skill/gear/trees are present in the PoB below. You should find the leveling uniques to be quite cheap and accessible even Day 1 of the league. I will be devoting most of my league start prep to fine-tuning this build with further progressed variants.
