Brutal Incarcerator (Brutus) spectres (PoE 3.24)

Brutus spectres are very heavy on pc resources, my specs are i9 10850k, rtx 4080 and in all my spectre testing i never seen such low frame rates until now. Map clearing with them feel kinda unreliable, they use ground slam which has 6 sec cd, and medium range multi slam, both can be used with multistrike, in this way they never get to use hook skill which is crap anyway. I went with chaos conversion Covenant, Severed in Sleep and crit stacking, but Brutus can be scaled many ways for example Brutality, Impale variant with Squire shield and 6L one handed weapon, or Replica Covenant with Triad Grip and go cold conversion. https://poedb.tw/us/Brutal_Incarcerator
