These spectres have been in game since it's beginning and to my knowledge are the only Reave mobs that are available for us to spectre. I wanted to see how they perform in deli T16 when properly geared. Reave version they use has ability to repeat 2 times, so it's kinda built-in multistrike and when socketed with actual multistrike, in total gets 5 skill repeats, but the biggest limitation 4 sec cd (typical ggg move). I this video im converting them to chaos and scaling crit. Overall they do a decent job at clearing maps, but they are a bit slow and lag behind player and are needed to convocate a lot. Boss dmg is ok, nothing crazy. Maybe one day we will have proper reave spectres.
