Still not entirely optimized build. But I dont think it is necessery to invest more in this runner. Can run all mods except avoid ele. Cannot recover and reflect is annoying but doable. Can work around reflect with pantheon and elemental mastery, or use flame dash, for example. The biggest problem with cannot recover is mana recovery. It might be annoying to start the loop, but the curse passives or mana flask can solve the issues.
