I didnt know that you can use withering step with phase run, but as @kurtsaidwhat mentioned it is possible. So i updated the pob to use them both. Also you can use Vaal Haste for more speed.

Showcase of my fast MF build for farming 8 mod maps and gold. On average you get 8+ of favoured maps per map and 1 T17 every 2 or 3 maps.

You can sell maps with regex for 13-15c, with high quant 20c+ So on average you get 104-120c from 8 mods + 40-60c from T17. Total 144-180c per map.

Investment per map 50c for scarabs and 3c for map device. Total profit 100c+ per map. Also you get 25-30k gold per map. One map takes 1:30 for me, so I can run 30-40 maps for total of 25div+ and 1 mil gold
