watch the video carefully check everything you have carefully pantheons are 1/2/3/4. we take 1/x/3/x check your ignite chance, check your sceptre, check your fire res, check your bloodnotch. bloodnotch - 50% minimum for sim/t17. every 1% above heals you when below max hp. 60% BiS and is much better. consider crafting clusters by checking ilvl requirements on craftofexile. for example, large clusters can be easily crafted with ilvl 50-67 fire base. you can consider fan the flames as a medium cluster and fire DoT on glove implicit. you can take determination and use watchers eye with PDR. you can take vitality if you can fit it, and get life gain on hit but i dont think that's super necessary with high roll bloodnotch.
