You can potentially get 14 with shield crucible tree + corrupted warlord gloves, but that's a bit out of my budget atm. The dps isn't as high as trickster, deadeye or champion, but they don't move as fast. Might get more dps with heatshiver, but it's a bit too expensive right now (and the build doesn't lack damage anyway). Build is far from finished anyway, just proof of concept that more frenzy = more speed
