The new abyssal timeless jewel turns fireball into a 4000%+ dmg effectiveness spell

Put together this build to show off how strong fireball is when you're always guaranteed full aoe overlaps. This is the kind of sin that frost wall got removed from the game for, all those years ago...

Mostly just proof of concept with funny expensive gear, but the interaction is strong enough that it'll be good even on a budget (after the 30+ div jewel, lol). Most of the budget in this build is into scaling the AoE of fireball to a frankly unnecessary amount, and then some defense.

Also, Vaal Fireball probably is usually not worth pressing, especially with less AoE. But it's fun. But also just use a 21/20 normal fireball tbh
