Use runegraft of time to deal higher DPS. Increase mjolner trigger rate to 5÷9×10.1 = 5.61/s from 5÷10×10.1 = 5.05/s, or by 5.61÷5.05-1 = 11.11%, when attack speed is 2*5.05/s. Therefore increase DPS by {[(3~6)×1+6×4)]÷9}÷(6×5÷10)-1 = 0~11.11% when the discharge which doesn't consume cooldown removes (3~6) of each kind of charges.

Replace default cyclone with cyclone of tumult to let runegraft of time work. Adjust attack speed to be less than and close to 2*5.05/s.
