1. Decrease the CDT of mjolner by CDR to deal higher DPS. Get 47+20+20+3 = 90% CDR by cooldown recovery sopport, bond by destiny, shaper belt, and abyss jewel.

2. The following calculations show that 0.132s is the 5th gear of default 0.25s CDT when consider the tick 0.033s, and requires 90% CDR to reach, and corresponds to 7.57/s trigger rate.

3rd gear: 0.25/1.27=0.197＜0.033*6=0.198, 1/0.198=5.05

4th gear: 0.25/1.52=0.164＜0.033*5=0.165, 1/0.165=6.06

5th gear: 0.25/1.90=0.131＜0.033*4=0.132, 1/0.132=7.57

3. Remove fast attack support to match the trigger rate. Decrease attack speed to be less than and close to 7.57/s.

4. Use rage support to gain rage faster. Adjust tree to increase max rage.

5. Remove empower support because gem socket is not enough. Remove runegraft of time because it doesn't work when attack speed is less than trigger rate.

6. Replace heart of destruction with shaper of flames. Decrease damage but increase phys max hit. It's optional.
