Here's my Lightning Strike Raider 3.24 league start build guide for PoE Necropolis League. Lightning Strike is my favourite skill of all time and being able to convert it into a league start build for Necropolis league has me more excited for a league start than I have been in years. Just a note: This 3.24 Lightning Strike Raider Build is not for beginners. This build requires a ton of experience and knowledge to pull off, so do not play it if you're looking for a league starter that can cruise to Ubers with zero investment or effort.
