This is my third build in Poe 3.26 Secrets of the Atlas and probably most loved. THIS BUILD IS NOT UBER-BOSSER, YOUR SINGLE-TARGET DMG IS NOT INSANE. Kinetic Blast Champ is ideal build for t16.5 and t17 farm. Enourmous AOE, super tanky. The only downside of the build is single targest so you cant farm Uber Bosses and super tanky t17 bosses. I got inspired by this build idea from @BigDucks so hey there! My build costs about 120 div but you can play cheaper version for about 70-80, wand craft I explained in video.
