Blade Vortex POE 3.28 Build Guide - Week 2 Update feat. Minion Pact

Path of Exile's Mirage League has been broken wide open by the discovery of a bit of Blade Vortex tech that is as surprising as it is overpowered.

The new Minion Pact Support introduced in patch 3.28 gives a tremendous amount of added damage, at the cost of sacrificing a minion, but BV is able to ignore that cost almost entirely.

This video will go over the strange interaction between Minion Pact Support and Blade Vortex, and then show how to leverage it in my Cold Conversion Elementalist build.
