Path of Exile Arc Lightning Archmage Mana Stacker (League Starter + End Game)

We are back with an improved version of one of Path of Exile Strongest build for both League starting and Destroying every End game content on the highest difficulty, This build stacks lots of mana which when utilized with Archmage support and Mind Over Matter gets turned into both a powerful source of Damage and a strong Defensive layer, the best part is that mana is readily available everywhere and has powerful unique items supporting it which causes this build to have the best Damage to investment ratio when pushing end-game, highly recommended for players of any skill level!
