This is the build and strategy I used to be the first to complete all achievements in the hardcore ladder over the launch weekend. It is able to easily do all content in the game with SSF gear.

Important build note: on your sceptre, try to also use a perfect essence for 5 to maximum puppet master stacks. I did not have it unfortunately because I had to essence minion damage. It's preferrable to have both. Refer to: https://poe2db.tw/us/Sceptres#ModifiersCalc
