Hey guys, tornado of elemental turbulence inquisitor build is here. Using Dialla's Malefaction to get extra tornado movement speed (from quality). Also trying new unique shield Svalinn and with this shield we can hit 88% attack and spell block chance with flask, 78% attack, 85% spell without flask.

Build Cost

• Medium Budget

Forbidden Flame/Flesh: Getting "Augury of Penitence" from Inquisitor. You can also get "Arcane Blessing" from Hierophant but that was kinda expensive.

Eldritch Battery: Start using this after you get "Pious Path"

Mind Over Matter: Start using this after you get Eldritch Battery.

Righteous Fire: Using this only for more damage. Start using after "Pious Path" and max level Purity of Fire to sustain degen.

• Annoint (+8%)
• Flask (+12%)

• Tempest Shield (%+26)
