[PoE 3.25] MF Ice Nova Archmage w/ 200%+ IIR — FINAL (really) update — VERY strong T17 build

update to my no-svalinn/no-crit build, this time with 176% IIR on gear + 70% from the gem for a total of 246% IIR, to maximise profits while running T17s (and get a LOT more gold!)

regexes (copy paste the WHOLE thing including the " on both ends):

T16 regex -- "!tal d|gen|eec|non|s rec" T17 regex -- "!f ph|ss are" Regex for annoying T17 mods -- "!ot s|rech|net|pet|tab|r damage$|\d+% to al|'v"

Scarab/Currency regex with 100+ quant -- "e c.(\d{3})%|e s.(\d{3})%"
